About us

Around 200 public bodies in Scotland spend more than £31 billion of public money each year. Our independent audit and public reporting programme provides robust, authoritative reports that help those organisations to spend wisely and continuously improve their services. The work we do supports Parliament and the development and governance of public services; ensuring the people of Scotland consistently enjoy high quality services.

Now is a great time to join Scotland's main public sector auditor. We employ around 300 people across four main business groups and continue to help local authorities, National Health Service (NHS) boards, central government departments and other public sector organisations across Scotland deliver more effective services. The opportunity for you to develop your career in partnership with us could not be better.
